I am advised by the court that the pre-trial scheduled for 10:00am on April 9 will be held in a courtroom and that it will therefore be practical for members of the public (including the press) to attend. I invite persons who are interested in this case and its unfolding to be there. The courtroom is not yet known. Just show up at the Federal Court in Ottawa at 90 Sparks Street on the morning of April 9 and the courtroom should be posted (likely on either the 7th or 11th floor).
